How will my flowers arrive?
Wedding bouquets will arrive in an aqua pack with water, keep the bouquets upright and as cool as possible until ready to use.
Remove the aqua pack carefully over the sink, and pat the stems dry with a cloth before carrying your flowers.
Buttonholes and other wearable items should be kept in the fridge or as cool as possible until ready to wear. Pins will be provided.
Other arrangements will be set up and placed in optimum conditions by Wild Flori.
Some items can be collected from our studio and care instructions will be given.

What is the minimum spend?
Bespoke wedding flowers start from £600.
We want premium quality flowers and design to be accessible for all budgets, from intimate ceremonies and elopements to luxurious large scale celebrations.
Bespoke events, styling & installation services start from £1000.
All prices are subject to additional set up, delivery and take down fees.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
The deposit for wedding and event services is 25% of the total cost, the booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
The remaining total amount is due no later than 1 month prior to the wedding/event date, or upon receipt if otherwise stated.
All deposits are non refundable.

What if I need to cancel?
A booking can be cancelled up until 1 month prior to the wedding/event date. The deposit is non refundable. If cancelling after this time additional charges will apply.

How are you kind to the environment?
Nobody’s perfect, but at Wild Flori we believe in using sustainable methods where possible. We never use harmful floral foam, and opt for chicken wire and re usable vessels. Our flowers are natural with no dyes or artificial extras. We aim to grow a selection of the flowers we use from our Norfolk garden.
